As a Commercial License holder, you can contact us by using the form below. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 working hours when possible.
If your message is regarding a license purchase, please include your order ID in your support message. This will help us better handle your request.
What kind of support do you offer?
Premier Support was created to address the needs of our commercial users that tend to require more specialized support that ranges from assistance with AppleScript automation in an R&D or QA environment to helping with specific audio integration.
We know the ins and outs of FuzzMeasure, and the math behind the measurements. If you're ever unsure about the software's operation, or need to get an answer about how things work under the hood (within reason!) we're here to help.
Personal License Holders are limited to receive purchase-level support only, along with limited technical help as we are able to provide it.
Is there anything you can't help with?
We can't look at your graphs and tell you whether your room sounds good. We are not acoustics consultants and cannot help you treat or design your spaces, sorry!
What has happened to FuzzMeasure?
FuzzMeasure is now part of RØDE Microphones, and forms a key part of the new RØDETest marque - to facilitate the release of new acoustic measurement microphones and software in the acoustic measurement field in 2018 and beyond.
Will FuzzMeasure continue to be supported?
As a key component of the RØDETest marque, FuzzMeasure will be fully supported and developed into the future. We anticipate introducing a number of new and exciting features to FuzzMeasure later in 2018.
Will existing FuzzMeasure users be supported?
Existing FuzzMeasure users will fully supported by RØDE, and the terms of their subscriptions honoured including receiving product updates issued by RØDE. We extend a warm welcome to all FuzzMeasure users as they become part of the RØDE family!
